As information has become a commodity or strategic resources, business firms are faced with Informatization including collection, management, and utilization of information. Specifically, this study builds a theoretical framework on Informatization of business firms; analyzes empirical data from questionnaire survey; and, based upon the analysis, suggests recommendations for managerial promotion through Informatization of business firms in Korea.
