Developing the web-based information service sites requires their own developing methodology, because the process of the web sites development become more complicate and Internet surroundings are changing rapidly. They should control all components of the system for effective and efficient web services. However there is little clear concept about systematic development and management of web service sites, in the Korean Internet service sectors, especially in information service sectors. The research analyse current situation and necessity of developing methodology, and suggest new approach for developing new methodology of the web business/service sites.
