Two species of Matsumuraja (Sternorrhyncha: Aphididae) were recognized from Korea, including M. rubifoliae Takahashi, 1931 which is new to Korean fauna. Many samples of M. rubifoliae were collected on Rubus hirsutus Thunb. (Rosaceae) in Jeju Island. Redescriptions for apterous viviparous female and alate viviparous female of both species are given in detail. Key to the Korean species is constructed on the base of morphological characters and measurement data for both morphs.
