ISO 9000을 기초로 하여 품질인증제도로 발전시킨 QS 9000의 도입과정과 이를 도입한 기업에 대하여 설문조사를 통한 분석을 하였다. 도입의 이론적 배경, 필요성, 도입 후의 성과를 조사하였고, 조사내용은 기술통계를 이용하여 그 결과를 분석하였다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate how QS 9000 Certification might influence company and analyze the effectiveness. Recently most companies are enforced to adapt quality assurance system, such as ISO series, QS 9000 etc, from domestic or foreign certification institutes. Therefore it is very important for all the company to acquire QS 9000 certification. Three Big UㆍS automakers had developed the QS 9000 quality System for their suppliers to implement the ISO 9000 based quality system. To analysis the effects of QS 9000 Quality System for quality improvement of the suppliers data had been gathered on the certification activities through questionnaire and been analyzed by descriptive statistics.
