Vaginal dryness is not a rare complaint of postmenopausal women. But the concerns and treatments about this were negative in patients and doctors. So we treated with Gagam-chungsimyeonjaeum(加減淸心蓮子飮) on three cases complaining vaginal dryness. As a result vaginal dryness was improved in all cases. Through this case report, we expect that more interests and participations in vaginal dryness will be got more qualities in life of postmenopausal women.
