Objectives : This study is to report three cases of the paralytic strabismus by acupuncture and herb medicine. Methods & Results : All patient were treated with Acupuncture and herb medicine, and the symptoms were resolved in 2 cases by above treatment during about 10 weeks. Conclusion : The cases showed proper oriental medical treatment based on the exact differentiation of symptoms had good effect on this disease as one of conservative therapies.
