Architectural business among the construction industry has various order form. Each project is gone by preview, feasibility study, decision, design, bid, contract, site work and maintenance within various order form. Many companies can expect more efficient and reasonable effect if processes about such various business are optimized and are normalized. Therefore, it is real condition that active system development is necessary incorporating and manages several application systems connected with architectural business and information. The purpose of this study is to select suitable architectural business process model for architectural portal system development. To solve this problem, this study analyzed all work flows connected with architectural business composing architectural portal TFT. And to information that happen after project completion from information that happen for project beginning phase all step by step process investigate thoroughly and analyzed. This study made architectural business process model on the basis of these thing and got suitable model through reasonable measurement standard and designed architectural portal system development.
