By examining causes and solutions of varied problems analyzing from the authoritative interpretation in many conflicts occurring from the whole process of the redevelopment project, it was confirmed by authoritative interpretation that economic development, changes in needs of citizens, revision in law and changes of social environment made new problems. In addition, This study introduced some case studies of a real project process chosen carefully from the viewpoint of possible sharp conflicts, analysed them and integrated every facet of the authoritative interpretation and case studies of conflicts finally. The result was that it was important to have a will to solve frequent problems from the redevelopment project by improving system and fixing law in order to compensate the defect. Also, ambiguous law should be revised and fixed into law that is clear and concrete, and appropriate guideline should be established with enough data and many examples of the redevelopment project from past.
