The UN Convention on Climate Change is gradually enforcing each member country to reduce green house gas. This requires that the buildings must plan to reduce energy consumption and calls for development of clean alternative energy that could minimize green house gas. In other countries, the energy saving standard has been based on the total volume concept, such as annual cooling-heating overload. Also, the evaluation programs have been developed during the construction, in which the design and construction technology get accumulated, through which knowledge databases get established. Then it can be used for the evaluation of building energy performance and diagnosis. Meanwhile, in Korea, in spite of "reinforcement of energy saving design and manuals" and "the expansion of compulsory usage of high-efficient construction material," more systematic and continuous energy saving policies are necessary. Moreover, the method of evaluating building energy performance and the pre-evaluation data and programs of energy control systems is currently inadequate. In this study, therefore, is to analyze the energy consumption and cooling and heating load in building that is corresponding and converged envelope and glazing ventilation system. Also this study is to evaluate the energy saving effect in advance when preparing the construction plan.
