The Educational facilities is accomplishing the role as the community facilities through various programs that the culture leisure long-life education facilities etc. But The local residents do not use that facilities which is opened in the community actually well. Because it does not consider the various things that convenient for resident users who is not student. With sameness, School library which is opened to local community can not expect as a Public library with modem library services. The purpose of this study is propose the direction of architectural plan that must be considered for the sufficient role the School library which is opened to local community as the Public library.
