Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of traditional Korean medical treatment; acupuncture and herb therapy in pediatric allergic rhinitis patients. Methods: This study population was 69 pediatric allergic rhinitis patients who had been treated in ${igcircigcirc}$ hospital. All the patients were asked to answer the questionnaires that consist of 10 questions about symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Results: 1. The total scores from the same questionnaire about allergic rhinitis symptoms were significantly improved after the treatment compared to the scores before the treatment(p<0.01). 2. The Nasal symptom, especially, nasal obstruction rhinorrhea had significantly improved in all groups of patients(p<0.01). 3. The effect of the treatment was better with spending more time with acupuncture. Conclusions: Traditional Korean medical treatment is relatively effective in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis.
