In this paper, first, a stable state observer is introduced for an isolated Van der Pol stable. This observer is extended for two unidirectional and bidirectional coupled Van der Pol Oscillators, and their convergence proved independently. The arrangement of observed states and observer gain is novel that guaranties the stability. Finally, the performances of the observers are investigated by numerical simulations.
