Objectives: Oriental medical treatment could be effective with the patient with tinnitus after head trauma. Methods: We experienced one case of tinnitus after head trauma treated with oriental medical treatment, acupuncture and oriental medicine(Hwaeo-jeon). Result: After the treatment the grades of VNRS, THI were decreased and clinical symptoms were improved. Conclusion: Oriental medical treatment, acupuncture and oriental medicine(Hwaeo-jeon) were effective on tinnitus after head trauma.
