본 논문은 두 개의 별도 장치에서 독립적으로 수행하던 전기영동 기능과 젤닥 기능을 통시에 제공하는 통합 IT 장치를 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한 제안된 통합 장치는 전기영동 진행 과정을 수시로 촬영하는 추가 기능을 제공한다. 제안된 통합 장치는 전기영동 기능과 젤닥 기능을 동시에 수행할 때 발생하는 간섭 현상들을 방지하도록 설계되었다. 제안된 통합 장치를 실제로 구현하여, 전기영동 기능과 젤닥 기능을 동시에 제공하고 또한 전기영동 진행 과정을 수시로 촬영하여 높은 해상도의 영상을 제공함을 확인하였다.
In this paper, we design and implement an integrated IT device to support the electrophoresis and the gel documentation functions which are performed separately in two legacy devices. Also the integrated device supports an additional function to frequently take a photograph of the electrophoresis operation progress. The integrated device prevents the interference phenomena from occurring when the gel documentation and electrophoresis functions are performed simultaneously. Through actual implementation, we confirm that the integrated device supports well both the electrophoresis and the gel documentation function s, and can take a high quality photograph of the electrophoresis operation progress frequently.
