The purpose of this study is to analyze the abilities of BIM Manager in General Contractor. BIM process is investigated through the application of $IDEF{emptyset}$ as a pre-survey. With examining of the BIM process, abilities of BIM Manager are derived. These abilities of BIM Manager are analyzed through the application of AHP. Core abilities of BIM Manager in General Contractor are deducted according to the result of AHP analysis. The result of this study is regarded to be able to be the standard in assessment of BIM Manager.
