Objective : The purpose of this report is to know the effect of oriental medical treatments on acute multiple nummular eczema with exudation. Methods : We treated a 41-years-old woman patient with nummular eczema on right shin and left upper arm with Korean medicine. After Korean medical treatment for 31 days, we measured the decrease of exudation and recovery of skin damages. We recorded pictures of changes on symptoms. Results & Conclusion : The symptoms of nummular eczema were significantly improved except scars. Exudation was disappeared and skin damages were almost recovered. Pruritus was decreased by 70%. Thus Korean medical treatments are effective on acute multiple nummular eczema with exudation.
