본 논문에서는 지능형 교통체계의 핵심기술인 VANET(Vehiclular Ad-hoc Net work)에서 효율적인 M-AODV 알고리즘을 제안한다. VANET을 구성하는 차량 단말은 높은 이동성과 잦은 토플로지 변화로 홉 수를 절대적인 메트릭으로 볼 수는 없다. 본 논문에서는 FER(Frame Error Rate)를 이용하여 채널 상태가 양호한 링크를 탐색하는 M-AODV 알고리즘을 제안한다. VANET 환경에서 빠른 속도로 이동 중인 차량에 M-AODV 알고리즘을 적용하여 성능평가를 실시하였다.
In this paper, we introduce an efficient M-AODV algorithm in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET), which is the key technology of intelligent transportation system (ITS). Vehicles in VANET hardly consider the hop count as an important metric because they have high mobility and frequent change of the topology. In this paper, we propose a M-AODV scheme searching a good link using FER. The performance evaluation was performed in VANET assuming moving vehicles environments.
