개인의 의견이나 가치를 표현하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 발전함에 따라 다양한 서비스들이 제공되고 있다. 이 과정에서 신뢰성 없는 정보를 공유하는 문제가 발생함에 따라 신뢰할 수 있는 정보를 제공하는 전문가를 검색하기 위한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 기존의 전문가 검색 기법들은 정적인 프로필 정보를 분석하여 검색을 수행하거나 사용자의 최근 활동 분석을 통해 개선하였지만 전문가로 검색된 사용자가 실제로 성실하게 답변을 잘 수행하는지 알지 못하기 때문에 질의를 요청한 사용자가 질의 답변을 얻지 못하는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 제안한 전문가 검색 기법을 향상시키기 위해 답변 분석을 통한 성실성과 적합성을 판단하여 유사성을 계산하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법의 우수성을 보이기 위해 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능 평가를 수행하였다. 성능 평가 결과 제안하는 기법이 기존 기법들보다 우수한 성능을 보이는 것을 확인하였다.
With the development of social network services representing the opinions and merits of the individual users, various services have been provided to users. As unreliable information sharing occurs, the studies to find the experts have been progressed in order to provide the reliable information. The existing expert search schemes search experts based on user profiles and update the search result by analyzing the recent activities of the users. However, in the existing expert search schemes, a user who issues the query does not get a query result because the user does not know that experts responses the query sincerely. In this paper, we propose a new expert search scheme that calculates the similarity between the query and experts considering sincerity and suitability by analyzing responses to improve the existing expert search scheme. In order to show the efficiency of the proposed scheme, it is compared with the existing scheme. It is shown through performance evaluation that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing scheme.
