한국어 동사구조에 나타난 시제선어말어미의 통사적기능을 지각심리학의 인지구조 연구 성과를 도입하여,담화구조내에서 화자의 사태의 대한 파악과 통사와의 관계를 논의하였다.통사구조에서 시제형태소가 양상소로 쓰이는 변화과정을 사차원의 세계에 있는 대상을 시간축의 이동으로 개별화시키는 인지과정과 연관시켜 논의한 결과 사태의 시간표시와 사태에 대한 지각과정의 표시가 독자적 체계를 이루고 있었다.신어말어미{-느-}는 기동상,"-았-"은 완료상,"-겠-" 은 미기상(precedential aspect)으로 양상체계를 형상하는 것으로 드러났다.한편 발화현재의 사태를 직접 지각하여 진술하는 {-니-},과거지가의 인지배경을 시간축으로 이동하는 과거지각의 {-더-}, 미기의 사태에 대한 추정양상 (preumtive modality)으로의 "-겠-"은 양상범주를 형성하는 것으로 확인되었다.
I have introduced the results of a study on the cognitive structure of perceptual-cognitive psychology to the syntactic funcition of tense prefinal ending manifest in the syntactic structure of Korean language,in order to discuss the correlation of the speaker"s grasping of event and the syntax within conversational structure.As a result of discussing the transforming process of tence morpheme to modality within syntactic structure in connection with the cognitive process of individualizing an object in the fourth dimentional world by shifting the axle of time, I have discovered that the indication of the aspct of event and the indication of the perceptual process of enent each forms its own independent system.It was revealed that the perfect aspect"-ass" and the precedential aspect"-kess-"constitute the modal system.And it was ascertained that {-ni-}, which directly perceives and states the event of precent discourse,{-t-}of past perception,which shifts the cognitive back-ground of past perception to the axle of time,and "-kess-",as a presumptive modality to the precedential event,constitute the modal category.
