This study was to establish the floristic composition and vegetion of resources vascular plants of Mt. Kariwang(1,560.6 m ; 128$^{circ}$33"57〃E, 37$^{circ}$27"31″N).This work was conducted during the period of 1996 & 1997. Resources vascular plants were composed of 95 families, 329 genera, 485 species, 78 varieties and 14 formae, totaling 577 taxa. Among the investigated resources plants, 26 taxa(4.5%) were Korean endemic species. The forest were comparatively well conservated by Pteridophyta calculation(PTE-Q), 1.3. Useful of source (13.3%) and timber sources(5.05) respectively. The forest vegetation was classified into 1 order, 1 alliances, 1 association and 4 communities.
