본 연구는 개별화교육계획의 운영에 대한 선행연구들을 중심으로 문제점을 파악하고 이에 대한 대안으로 개별화교육계획의 전산화를 중심으로 살펴보고 발전방안을 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내외 개별화교 육관련 법과 선행연구들을 중심으로 분석하였다. 우리의 교육현장에서 개별화교육계획은 특수교육 현장 에서 작성하고 활용하는 법적문서이다. 개별과육계획은 규범적 단계, 분석적 단계, 기술적 대처 단계, 질 적 시행 단계, 확장된 IEP단계로 구분할 수 있다. 개별화교육계획 운영의 문제점으로 개별화교육계획의 작성과 관리의 문제, 개별화교육계획의 실행의 문제로 나타났다. 개선방안으로 운영에 대한 법적 지침과 효과적 운영을 위한 방안이 지원되어야 한다. 이에 대한 발전방안으로 개별화교육계획의 전산화를 제시 하였다.
The purpose of this study is for identifying the problem by analyzing previous study to the operation of the individualized education plan(IEP) and discussing for development method to focusing the IEP computerization. Individualized education laws of domestic and foreign and previous studies analyzed for the purpose of this study. The results of this study are as follows. IEP is a legal document as created and utilized in the our special education field. Individualized education plan can be divided into the Normative stage, the Analtical phase, the Technology reaction phase, the Qualitative operation phase, the Extended IEP phase. Improvemental measures need to support for the effective operation and legal guidelines for operation. As it was proposed the IEP computerization by this Improvement measures.
