This study is to examine safety management and accident cases in day-care centers. Since 2008, it analyzed the safety data reports of Childcare center Safety & Insurance Association. The collected data were analyzed by separating the divided state of safety management and accident , it was summarized and categorized each case by a space. According to the research, there is need for safety control in indoor air quality, car, and each space of the child care center. Safety accidents are usually caused by defects in facilities and carelessness of children and teachers. To prevent these problems, there should be the integrated administration system supporting safety management department efficiently. Moreover, there is need for budget support and strong safety education.
