The infamous Marine corps firearm accident, which occurred in July 4th 2011, is an instance that manifestly demonstrates an inferior barrack life. Of course, it is known that evil practices and irregularities in a barrack life have been quitely reduced by various efforts such as converting a thinking paradigm. However, some evil practices and irregularities, which still left, impede for fostering the battle-oriented military. This paper analyzes not only the systematic method to improve evil practices and irregularities but also the overall judgement and action regarding those listed above through survey. The reason for this analysis, which is to discover the influence over creating the battle-oriented army, ultimately solves the major barrack-life difficulties. The research shows that there is a positive correlation between barrack-life irregularities triggers and types, whereas between the influences for over creating the battle-oriented army and types have a negative correlation. Although officers and soldiers both agree that environment is a factor for evil barrack-life practices, soldiers emphasize more on infringement on privacy and freedom, but officers highlight job environment. Hence, they surely have individual perspectives on the topic. A measure is needed to improve this circumstance because officers are not aware of the soldiers' barrack-life. Types of irregularities and evil practices in a barrack life were selected first to hold privacy under control and second to stiffen the atmosphere by both the officers and soldiers. Those evil barrack-life practices and irregularities influence over creating the battle-oriented army come out to more than 80% of the personnel be lack of loyalty and victory and more than 40% of it be in despair and thus lowering the work efficiency. The analysis of the systematic method to improve irregularities and evil practices turns out that soldiers preferred 'commuting' is the first,' organizing a residence with soldiers of identical rank' is the second, and 'letting newly commissioned officer experience a soldier life' is the last. Officers liked 'one-out' system the most and next chose 'greencamptroop' over 'counseling'. Regarding the counseling system, 83% of the soldiers responded 'satisfactory', 95% of them answered 'needed' about counseling education targeting the officers, and 82% of the total respondent suggested that manufacturing and supplying of counseling teaching materials are needed as well. To complete all these matters, examining a system such as 'letting officers experience a soldier life' is required. Moreover, officers are in a position to solve soldiers' troubles. Therefore, officers must have an ability to counsel. However, if not, an alternative like educating them or manufacturing instructions associating with counseling should be provided. Systems presented as methods to improve above issues must be reflected on regulations and directives so that executable condition is ensured. In order to have a law advisor system, re-definition of the roles and missions of judge advocate is necessary.
