The purpose of this study was to investigate influence of the service quality in disabled welfare
facilities on clients satisfaction. To make this goal, study tries to make models about demographic
characteristic, service quality and the intention of clients satisfaction on the exsited researches
like Bae, Yang-ja(2012), Diener, Emmdnson, Larsen & Griffih(1985), Park, Moon-su(2009).
The study carried out frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe examination utilizing and
regression analysis by using SPSS WIN Ver. 20.0 to examine the influence among variables. the
results of these analyses were as followed.
The result about the difference of the Welfare Facilities for the Disabled Client by Service
Quality showed that 1) in case of the distinction of sex, there was no difference between male
and female, 2) in case of an age, there was statistically meaningful difference in 71 75 age and
86 90 age. 3) in case of education, there was no difference. 4) in case of a spouse, there
statistically meaningful difference. 5) in case of the main source income there was no difference.
Finally, it make an influence to clients satisfaction to the factors of materiality and reliability
among the factors of service quality.
