본 연구는 자발적인 학습공동체를 구성하여 성인학습에 참여하는 성인학습자의 학습참여 동기, 학습만족도, 학습성과 간의 관계에 대한 연구모델을 설정하고 구조방정식을 이용하여 구조관계를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 학습공동체에서 참여하고 있는 성인학습자 311명 으로부터 설문을 받아 조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 AMOS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하 여 구조방정식 모델을 설정하고 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 첫째, 학습공동체에서 학습참여동기는 학습만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인학습자의 학습만족도는 학습성과에 직접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습공동체에서 학습참여 동기는 성인학습자의 학습성과에 직․간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기존 선행연구들이 주로 기업 및 공무원 조직, 대학교, 평생교육기관 수강생들을 대상의 연구였다면, 본 연구는 온라인을 통해 개인 및 공동의 관심사를 가진 성인학습자들이 오프라인 모임을 자생적으로 조직하여 무형식 학습을 기반으로 자신의 문제나 관심사를 해결함과 동시에 강사의 역량 개 발을 위해 구성한 학습공동체를 대상으로 학습만족도와 학습성과를 연구하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among such variables as learning motivation, learning satisfaction and learning performance in community of practice. In order to achieve this purpose, this study had specifically questions as follows: The first was to examine the effect of learning motivation on learning satisfaction in community of practice. The second was to examine the effect of learning satisfaction on learning performance in community of practice. The third was to examine the effect of learning motivation on learning performance in community of practice. A questionnaire was used as the research instrument. A total number of 311 facilitators and employees in community of practice responded to questionnaire. In order to estimate the hypothesized structural equation model, the collected data were analyzed AMOS 18.0, a statistical program for structural equation modeling. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, the learning motivation was found to have a direct effect on learning satisfaction in community of practice. Second, the learning satisfaction was found to have a direct effect on learning performance in community of practice. Third, the learning motivation was found to have a direct effect and an indirect effect on learning performance in community of practice. Finally, theoretical and practical implications and limitations of this study are discussed in conclusion session.
