본 연구는 사전학습 기반의 학습자 수행 중심 수업이 창의적 인성, 문제해결 능력, 대인관 계 능력의 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 충청남도 소재의 K대 학 C학부 신입생 108명을 대상으로 사전학습 기반의 학습자 수행 중심 수업 방법의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 사전학습 기반의 학습자 수행 중심 수업은 창의적 인성 및 문제해결 능력의 향상에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 문제해결 능력 의 하위 요인 중 접근-회피 양식과 자기 통제에서 증진 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 사전학습 기반 의 학습자 수행 중심 수업의 학습성과 측면에서 사전학습은 교실 수업, 문제해결 능력 및 대 인관계 능력에 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론에서는 사전학습 기반의 학습자 수행 중심 수업의 효과성을 높이기 위해 사전학습 설계의 중요성 및 팀 학습 스킬 지원 등에 대한 제언과 함께 사전학습 기반의 학습자 수행 중심의 수업의 효과 분석을 위한 후속 연구 과제에 대해 언급하였다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of on creative personality, problem solving and human relationship by learner-centered teaching method on pre-learning. The results obtained by this study were as follows: (1) Learner-centered teaching method on pre-learning had a positive effect on improvement of creative personality and problem solving ability. (2) The pre-learning activities were positively associated with classroom activities, problem solving ability and human relationship. Finally, it should be studied continuously to analysis effect on learning motivation, learning attitude, critical thinking, communication ability and self-directed learning ability by learner-centered teaching method on prelearning.
