The present study was based on newly developed ‘whole school debate programs’ for each grade and outcomes of this elementary debate programs which is conducted for one year. This study investigate the effects of school debate program on the elementary student’s debate efficacy. To design debate efficacy research items I examined previous studies about debate efficacy and self, collective efficacy and analyzed contents of whole school debate program focused on 5, 6 Grade. A total of 212 students were participated the research(5th 108, 6th 104). The research findings are 19 items set as a sub-element of the debate efficacy(self-efficacy, collective-efficacy) were statistically significant increase. specifically grade 5 showed great increase than Grade 6. Findings show that their debate experiences in education had a lasting positive impact on the formulating debate efficacy, Debate efficacy can be very meaningful for elementary school students because It reflect the expectations and beliefs about the future students debate performance achievement.
