The carbonizing technology of food waste has been developed which was well known pyrolysis and analysised performance through the operating test of 30ton/day capacity plant by the Korea Minister of Environment on April 2005. This has two major technology, drying and pyrolysis. The food waste with the rate of moisture contents above 80% is dried with the granular struture not exceeding 15% for about 30 minutes by direct heating rotary Kiln dryer. After that, The dried waste is pyrolysised in the multistage carbonizer with the feeding screw in cylinderical pipes which were indirectly heated about 500℃. As the result, the gas occurred in the process of Pyrolysis is burned in burning room out of pyrolysis pipes, that is used by carbonizing heat and the carbon is outputed from carbonizing plant, which can be reused recycling materials.
