In this study, we carried out the research about materials separation using triboelectrostatic
separator for remove of PVC material that occur the problems in using to RPF. In optimum test
conditions of triboelectrostitic separation using various charging materials, we developed the
separation technique that can remove more than 98% PVC material mixed with single plastic such
as PET, PP, PS, PE, ABS, RUBBER material etc. Also, we developed multi-separation technique that
can separate PVC material more than 96% from three kinds plastics mixed by PVC, COPP and
PMMA material. Therefore we established material separation technique for energy using of waste
plastic.
