Wet and dry waste agricultural mulching films were experimented to investigate the parameters of elapsed time, heating power input, and yield with temperature variation and number of revolutions by a 8 kg/hr bench-scale pyrolysis and pressing out apparatus for development of the dry recycling process. Averaged water contents and other different things like soil contents of unwashed wet waste film were analyzed as 25.66% and 18.34%, respectively. The results showed that the elapsed time and heating power input were decreased with temperature rise for the wet film, whereas they were increased for the dry one in the high number of revolutions. These represented that increase of revolutions decreased the elapsed time, but rise of temperature increased it, which caused by increase of viscosity of gel for the dry film. The adhered water caused slip at the face of contact with screw and cylinder, but also seemed to act as lubricant at some conditions. Yield was decreased as heating above 250℃ for the wet film, but was not varied for the dry one. The productivity of gel was better at higher revolutions and with dry films than at lower revolutions and with the wet ones.
