The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships of body weight and bone mineral
density(BMD) among 20-year-old female National University of Education after 12-week
combined exercise program. The weight change related bone change is more marked in
women especially after menopause, in the elderly, and in underweight. Because of the health
impacts of weight control, BMD has been often recommended in practices. Therefore
various intervention methods have been tried to be identified the weight change related
bone change such as exercise. Based upon the result of this study, the following conclusions
were drawn as follows: Frist, There are significant difference between weight gain, and
BMD. Second, There are significant difference between weight loss, and BMD. Third, Muscle
mass is a significant impact on BMD.
