이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 스포츠 강사의 직무환경이 조직문화, 임파워먼트, 조직헌신도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 2013년 G교육대학교 교육연수원에서 보수교육을 받은 초등학교 스포츠 강사 373명을 대상으로 조사 분석한 결과 다 음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 초등학교 스포츠 강사의 직무환경이 조직문화의 합리문화와 혁신문화 요소에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 초등학교 스포츠 강사의 직무환경이 임파워먼트의 역량, 자기결정성, 영향력요소에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 초등학교 스포츠 강사의 직무환경이 조직헌신도의 조직헌신과 교직헌신 요소에 유의한 영향을 미친다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of elementary school sports instructors' job environment on their organizational culture, empowerment, organizational commitment. In a survey of 373 people, Participated elementary school sports instructors 2013 G National University of Education's Continuing Education, the analyzed results were as follows. First, the work environment of the school sports instructors rational culture of the organization culture and innovation has a significant effect on cultural factors. Second, the work environment of the school sports instructors the ability of empowerment, self-determinism, and the influence factors significantly effected. Third, the school environment, an organization devoted to the duties of sports instructors also elements of the organizational commitment and dedication to the teaching profession has a significant effect.
