본 연구는 고등학생의 학교 내 집단따돌림과 내현적자기애의 두 변인 간 상관관계와 분노표현양식 의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 학교 현장에서 적절한 개입방법을 수립할 수 있는 근거를 제공하는데 본 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 경남지역과 경기지역의 고등학교 재학생 280명이며, 사용된 측정도구는 집단따돌림과 내현적자기애 및 분노표현양식의 세 가지의 척도이다. 자료 분석을 위한 통계기법은 SPSS Windows 19.0 프로그램을 활용해 척도의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 Cronbach’α를 확인 하였고 빈도분석 등의 기술통계를 실시하였다. 독립변인과 종속변인들 간의 상관관계와 매개변인으 로서의 효과 검증을 위한 회귀분석과 Sobel 검증을 통하여 모형 검증을 확인하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 내현적자기애는 집단따돌림의 하위요인인 집단따돌림 가해와 피해에서 정적 상 관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 내현적자기애와 분노표출, 분노억제는 정적상관을 보였으나, 분노조 절은 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고등학생의 내현적자기애, 집단따돌림(가해와 피해)에 서 분노표현(분노표출, 분노억제, 분노표현)의 매개효과에서는 내현적자기애와 집단따돌림 가해와의 관계에서 분노표출, 분노억제, 분노조절이 부분매개효과를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났고. 내현적자기 애와 집단따돌림 피해와의 관계에서는 분노억제가 부분매개효과를 보였으나 분노표출, 분노조절은 매개효과가 없는 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 고등학교에서는 학생들의 건강하고 바람직한 학교생활 과 교우관계를 위하여 학교 현장에서의 적절한 개입방법등 학생지원체계 강화가 요구됨을 실천적 함 의로 제시할 수 있다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between the school bullying and covert narcissism of high school students and the mediating effects of their mode of anger expression on the relationship between the two in an effort to provide some information on school intervention. The subjects in this study were 280 selected high school students in South Gyeongsang Province and Gyeonggi Province. The instruments used in this study were three scales that respectively dealt with school bullying, covert narcissism and mode of anger expression. As for data analysis, a statistical package SPSS WIN 19.0 was employed. The Cronbach alpha coefficients of the scales were calculated to test their reliability, and descriptive statistics analysis was made including frequency analysis. To determine the correlation of the independent and dependent variables and the effects of the mediator variable, regression analysis was made, and Sobel test was conducted to verify the model. The findings of the study were as follows: First, covert narcissism had a positive correlation with offending and victimization that were the subfactors of school bullying. Covert narcissism was positively correlated with anger expression and anger-in, and there was no significant relationship between it and anger control. Second, concerning the mediating effects of anger expression(anger expression, anger-in and anger control) on narcissism and school bullying(offending and victimization), anger expression, anger-in and anger control had partial mediating effects on the relationship between covert narcissism and offending of school bullying. Anger-in had partial mediating effects on the relationship between covert narcissism and victimization of school bullying, but anger expression and anger control had no mediating effects on that. The findings of the study suggest that every high school is required to offer more intensive support including appropriate intervention in order for students to lead a healthy, sound school life and improve their peer relationship.
