The purpose of this study is to explore the expansion of veterans diplomacy by using the methods that public diplomacy used to enhance 'National identity' and 'National Pride'. Veterans diplomacy implied public diplomacy at different levels of the property. Especially, the countries and their war veterans which entered the Korean War have achieved an important extension of policy implementation. These diplomatic ties with them and the formation of the veterans affairs will be an important basis of the implementation of public diplomacy. Direction of the state policy and the fundamental principles of the veterans are based on the framework of national ideology and national identity of the country. Veterans project is promoted for the expansion of the main target for 'Veterans'. The project is a social value of Koreans in national level for the whole UN combatant nations. We expect a promotion of Korea's brand value and its status in the world by putting the project in practice. Therefore, this article suggests the ways to promulgate the values of 'Veterans' and its promotion plans by taking a look at the countries that supported S. Korea during the Korean war.
