본 연구는 영아기 어머니의 대화기술 향상을 위한 효과를 탐색하는 목적으로 TREASURE Talk 코 칭모델을 활용한 영아기 어머니 교육·훈련 프로그램의 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이 모델은 이소희 (2014)가 개발하였고 긍정심리학과 코칭을 이론적 기반으로 코칭적 접근을 하였으며, TREASURE를 이루는 카테고리별로 의미와 뜻이 구조화 되어 있다. 본 연구의 효과 탐색을 위하여 영아기 어머니 111명을 표집하여「관찰을 통한 부모-아동 코칭척도 (CICAIO)」를 통해 사전검사를 실시하였다. 이 검사에서 하위 27%에 해당되는 어머니 30명을 대상으 로 교육을 실시한 후 사후검사(CICAIO)를 실시하여 대응표본 t검증으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 실험집 단의 사후검사 평균이 사전검사 평균보다 높아졌으며, 이러한 차이는 모두 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이론적, 방법적, 실천적 측면에서 살펴 본 결과, 긍정적인 관계형성기술의 습득으로 영아기 어머니를 변화하는 계기가 되고 질 높은 어머니-자녀 관계가 가정과 연계한 영아기 어머니들 의 코칭, 교육, 치료 등 다양한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the effect for improvement of communication skills and to analyze the effect on education and training program for infancy mother using TREASURE Talk coaching model. This model developed by Lee(2014) was based on coaching approach from theory of positive psychology and coaching, and meanings by each category of TREASURE were structured. To explore the effect of this study, pre-test was carried out through 「Coaching Inventory of Child-Adult Interaction through Observation (CICAIO)」for 111 infancy mothers. After 30 mothers corresponding to 27% low level was given the training, post-test was conducted and analyzed by paired t-test. In this result, average of post-test was higher than average of pre-test. This difference is showed significant. From theoretical, methodological and practical perspective, this study made an opportunity for change of infancy mothers by acquiring skills for positive relationship building and will be used as a basic data for coaching, education, therapy, etc of infancy mother connected to home.
