Basic characteristics of mechanical and oxidation resistant properties of Ni-Al intermetallic compounds were reviewed. Considering the merits and demerits of them, the synthesis process, usage and application of oxidation·corrosion resistant Ni-Al high-temperature industrial-plant structure-materials could be derived.
