연구목적 본 연구는 치매환자의 인지재활치료 접근법들의 연구동향을 알아보고 추후 연구에 대한 방향 및 치매 환자의 인지재활치료에 유효한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법 2001년 1월 이후 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS)을 통해서 학회지에 게재된 논문을 검색하였다. ‘치매, 인지재활, 인지훈련, 인지치료’를 주요 검색용어 제목 및 초록에 사용한 논문을 검색하여 연구동향을 알아보았다. 연구결과 한국학술정보서비스(KERIS)를 통해 173개의 논문을 검색하였다. 제목과 초록을 바탕으로 주저자가 약 물요법, 호르몬 치료, 수술, 인지검사, 치매 증상에 대한 논문을 제외하고 13개를 선택하였다. 13개의 논문 분석 결과 높은 수준의 근거수준 Ⅰ은 1개(7.7%), 근거수준 Ⅱ는 6개(46.2%), 근거수준 Ⅲ는 5개 (38.5%), 근거수준 Ⅴ는 1개(7.7%)로 나타났다. 결론 현재 국내에서는 작업치료사에 의해 실시되는 인지재활프로그램보다 음악치료사, 원예치료사, 미술치료 사 등에 의해 행해지는 예술치료 및 활동치료가 많은 부분을 차지하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 국내 치 매환자의 인지재활치료 활성화를 위해 치매환자의 질병 특성을 잘 반영한 맞춤형 재활치료 접근법이 개발되어야 할 것이다.
Objective : The purpose of this study is to find out trends in research on cognitive rehabilitation approach for dementia and to provide available basic data for therapists. Methods : Studies were selected through a search of computerized databases of the literature (KERIS, since 2001) using ‘dementia’ and then ‘cognitive rehabilitation’, ‘cognitive training’, ‘cognitive therapy’ as key words. Results : Application of the search strategy to the KERIS databases resulted in 173 articles. Based on titles and abstracts, the first author selected 13 studies except for articles of phamacological intervention, hormone therapy, surgery, cognitive test, symptoms of dementia. 13 studies were included, a high level of level I 7.7%, level II 46.2%, level III 38.5%, level V 7.7%. Conclusion : To activate the cognitive rehabilitation treatment of patients with dementia in Korea, personalized rehabilitation treatment approach should be developed to reflect the characteristics of dementia disease.
