본 연구는 서로 다른 교사들이 교사공동체 안에서 자신에 대해 성찰해 보는 과정은 바람직 하다는 이론을 토대로, 자기 성찰을 위한 공동체 모임에서 교사들이 자서전을 쓰고 발표하고 의견을 나누는 가운데 어떤 경험을 하게 되는지에 대해 심층적으로 파악해 보고자 한 것이다. 연구방법으로는 교사들의 자기 성찰을 위해 자서전적 방법을 활용하였고 총 9명의 교사가 자서전 주제에 따라 글을 쓰고 발표하였으며 그 과정에서 이루어지는 상호작용에 대한 관찰, 면담, 후기 등의 다양한 관련 자료를 수집하여 교사들의 경험에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, ‘자기 명료화 점차 심화시키기’, ‘이해의 폭과 공감 깊이 더하기’, ‘상호간 분석 적 상호작용 시도하기’ 등의 경험을 한 것으로 분석되었고 각 특징에 대해 논의가 이루어졌 다. 특히 ‘비판적 돌봄 공동체’가 되기 위해 필요한 ‘상호간 분석적 상호작용’이 활발하게 이 루어지지 않음과 관련하여 공동체의 리더의 역할, 비판을 위한 교사의 조건에 대해 기술하였 고 앞으로 실제 수업에 대한 비평도 교사의 관점과 실천과의 일관성 등을 토대로 공동체 안 에서 이루어져야 함을 제안하였다.
Based on the argument that self-reflection can stimulate greater insight and perspective, especially if narratives are shared, this study aims to figure out the characteristics of teachers' experiences that they have while they are sharing their own journals each other in the teacher community. 9 teachers participate in this study. Their journals written by teachers according to the autobiographical themes, observation records, interview records and SNS .text messages are collected and analyzed. 'Understanding and sympathy become deeper', 'self-understanding becomes clearer', and 'attempt to analyze and criticize their journals and presentation each other' are extracted as the characteristics of teachers' experiences in the teacher community. Based on these results, the following researches are suggested as further researches, such as 'the inquiry of the factors to make a caring and critical teacher community that can not be found in this teacher community.
