Based on the argument that self-reflection can stimulate greater insight and perspective,
especially if narratives are shared, this study aims to figure out the characteristics of
teachers' experiences that they have while they are sharing their own journals each other in
the teacher community. 9 teachers participate in this study. Their journals written by
teachers according to the autobiographical themes, observation records, interview records and
SNS .text messages are collected and analyzed.
'Understanding and sympathy become deeper', 'self-understanding becomes clearer', and
'attempt to analyze and criticize their journals and presentation each other' are extracted as
the characteristics of teachers' experiences in the teacher community. Based on these results,
the following researches are suggested as further researches, such as 'the inquiry of the
factors to make a caring and critical teacher community that can not be found in this
teacher community.
