Nijenhuis, Spinhoven, Van Dyck, Van der Hart와 Vanderlinden(1996)은 외상적 경험으로 인해 신체 및 감각 영역에서 해리가 발생할 수 있음을 보고하고, 이를 측정하는 신체형 해리 질문지(SDQ-20)를 개발 하였다. 본 연구에서는 한국판 신체형 해리 질문지(Somatoform Dissociation Questionnaire, SDQ-20)의 신뢰도와 타당도를 측정하기 위해, SDQ-20을 한국어로 번안하고 대학생들에게 실시하였다. 한국판 신체 형 해리 질문지(SDQ-20)에 대한 요인분석 결과, 원척도와 같은 1요인 구조로 확인되었다. 내적 합치도와 2주간의 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 양호하였다. 신체형 해리와 심리형 해리, 외상 후 스트레스 증상, 아동기 학대 경험 점수들 사이의 상관관계는 높은 수준이었는데, 이는 한국판 신체형 해리 질문지의 수렴 타당 도가 양호함을 보여준다. 본 연구의 결과는 한국판 신체형 해리 질문지(SDQ-20)가 심리측정적으로 신뢰 로울 뿐만 아니라, 외상적 경험 특히 신체적 외상과 관련되어 있는 신체 및 감각 영역의 해리 증상을 측 정하는 데에 유용히 사용될 수 있음을 알려준다.
Nijenhuis, Spinhoven, Dyck, Van der Hart & Vanderlinden(1996) found that reported traumatization associatied with a lack of integration of somatoform experience, reactions, and functions. And they developed the 20-item self-report Somatoform Dissociation Questionnaire(SDQ-20). To evaluate realiablity and validity of the Korean version of the Somatoform Dissociation Questionnaire(SDQ-20), SDQ-20 was translated into Korean and administed to college students. A factor analysis suggested unidimensionality of the Korean version of the SDQ-20. The internal consistency and test-retest reliablity of the Korean version of the SDQ-20 was satisfactory. The intercorrelations between scores of somatoform dissociasion, psychoform dissociation, abused experiences in childhood, post-traumatic stress symptom were high. This fact supports the convergent validity of the Korean version of the SDQ-20. The Korean version of the SDQ-20 proved to have satisfactory psychometric properties and be useful tool to measure somatoform dissociation.
