Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the structure and characteristics of nursing college students' personality on simulation-based practice. Method: A Q-methodology was used to identify factors in nursing college students' personality on simulation-based practice. The 34 selected Q-sample from each of 27 subjects were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 9 point scale. The collected data was analyzed using a QUANL PC program. Result: The analysis identified three types of the simulation-based practice among nursing college students. The categories were labeled ‘cooperation and communicate practice’ type, ‘role play practice’ type, ‘clinical skill-based practice’ type. Conclusion: Through this studies can be able to operate to design simulation-based practice program considering the individual characteristics of the learner to maximize the effect of training.
