연구목적: 본 연구는 기혼유아교사들의 양육경험이 방과후 과정 교실에 어떻게 반영되어 나타나며, 그들 이 어머니 경험을 통해 유아교사로서 어떠한 변화와 발전의 모습을 보이는지를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 B 광역시 소재 사립 유치원 방과후 과정을 담당하는 기혼유아교사 5인을 참여자로 선정하여 2013년 12월 30일부터 2014년 2월 28일까지 2회씩 개별 심층면담을 실시하였으며 참여교사들의 교사저널을 주 2회씩 한 달간 수집하여 분석 하였다. 연구결과: 연구 결과 기혼유아교사들은 방과후 과정 유아들에게 활동보다는 돌봄이 우선되어야 한다고 느끼고 있었으며, 자신의 출산과 양육경험을 통해 유아 들을 바라보는 눈이 교사의 관점에서 엄마의 관점으로 변화하였다고 하였다. 또한 기혼유아교사들은 모성 경험을 토대로 교사로서의 변화와 성장을 경험하고 있었는데, 유아와의 정서적 유대감을 형성함으로 유아 들을 더 주의 깊게 사랑하고 돌봐주는 모습을 보였으며 가정일과 육아에서 벗어나 전문적인 교사로 일하는 시간을 만족해하면서 그를 통해 교사로서의 자신감과 정체성을 찾아가는 모습을 보여주었다. 결론: 이러한 결과를 토대로 돌봄의 기능이 더 많이 강조되는 방과후 과정 교실 운영과 관련해 기혼유아교사의 모성적 돌봄에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.
Purpose: The primary purpose of this study was to examine what effects married early childhood teachers' parenting experiences have on after-school classes of which they are in charge and how their experiences in motherhood change and develop them as professionals. Method: Participants of this study were 5 teachers with parenting experiences who were currently responsible for after-school education at a private kindergarten located in B metropolitan city. Profound interviews with each of the five teachers were conducted two times, approximately 60 min for each interview. Results: First, the participants indicated that the most important thing for children in after-school program would be day-caring rather than educational activities. Next, the teachers with parenting experiences responded that their childbirth and parenting experiences changed their view of children. Finally, the participants used their parenting experiences for their after-school program. Conclusion: As this results, more importances of after-school class discussed about caring by married teachers with parenting experiences.
