본 연구의 목적은 졸업을 앞둔 전문대학생의 진로탐색효능감이 취업준비행동에 영향을 주는지를 확인하고, 진로탐색효능감과 취업준비행동 간의 관계에서 적응유연성 신념의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 경기 수원 지역의 전문대학교 남, 녀 학생으로 구성된 187명이었다. 사용된 측정 도구는 진로탐색효능감, 적응유연성 신념, 취업준비행동 세 가지의 척도이다. 자료 분석을 위한 통계 기법은 SPSS Windows 20.0 프로그램을 활용해 Cronbaha's α, Pearson's 적률상관계수, T-test, 위계적 회귀 분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로탐색효능감, 적응유연성 신념, 취업준비행동 간에 서로 정적인 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 진로탐색효능감 수준에 따른 취업준비행동의 차이를 확인한 결과, 진로탐색효 능감 수준이 높은 집단은 취업준비행동 평균점수가 진로탐색효능감수준이 낮은 집단에 비해 높은 것 으로 나타났으며, 진로탐색의 효능감이 높을수록 취업준비행동이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로탐색효능감이 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 적응유연성신념의 조절효과가 있는 것으 로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Career Search Efficacy, resiliency belief to employment preparation behavior in a sample of college student, and to investigate the moderating effect of resiliency belief in the influence of Career Search Efficacy on employment preparation behavior. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the authors collected data from a total of 187 college students in last semester. The findings of the study indicated as follows. First, when a correlation analysis was performed to explore the relationships between Career Search Efficacy, resiliency belief system, and employment preparation behavior, the findings showed that Career Search Efficacy, resiliency belief, and employment preparation behavior were positively correlated. Second, T-test and multiple regression analysis were conduct to explore the influence of Career Search Efficacy on employment preparation behavior, the findings showed that Career Search Efficacy predicted the levels of the employment preparation behavior. And Career Search Efficacy forecasted the levels of the employment preparation behavior. Third, hierarchical regression analysis showed that resiliency belief moderated the effect of Career Search Efficacy on employment preparation behavior. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.
