이 연구는 음악치료 현장에서 장애아동의 상호작용을 측정하기 위한 평가도구의 개발을 목 적으로 이루어진 것으로, Yang과 Choi(2016)가 제안한 평가도구의 타당도를 재검증하여 임 상 현장에서 보다 실용적으로 활용하고자 하는 데에 그 의의를 두고 있다. 연구는 관련 문 헌조사와 내용타당도 검증을 통해 초기 46개의 문항을 분석하였고, 이후 선정된 32개의 문 항으로 본검사를 실시하였다. 본검사의 대상은 음악치료사 자격증을 소지한 자와 음악치료 인턴으로 하였다. 이에 국내에 있는 음악치료학회와 음악치료대학원 중 각각 한 기관씩 선 정하여 총 1068명에게 메일을 보내 음악치료 자격증을 소지하거나 음악치료 인턴 과정 중 인 자 중 현재 장애아동 음악치료를 실행하는 자에게 설문을 작성하도록 의뢰하였으며, 그 중 총 171부가 수거되어 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 과정은 문항분석과 신뢰도검증, 그리고 구인타당도와 공인타당도 검증의 절차를 거쳤으며 최종 문항을 선정하였다. 그 결과 최종 문항으로는 ‘지시반응’, ‘공동관심’, ‘놀이반응’, ‘정서반응’, ‘음악선호반응’, ‘요구표현’의 여섯 개의 요인, 총 28문항이 선정되었다. 이 중 다섯 개의 요인이 Yang과 Choi(2016)가 제안한 초기 상호작용 모형과 일치하였으며, ‘음악선호반응’ 요인이 새로운 단일 요인으로 포함되어 총 여섯 개의 요인으로 재구성되었다.
The objective of this study was to develop an assessment tool for measuring social interactions of children with disabilities in a music therapy setting. Using the assessment tool suggested by Yang & Choi(2016) as a foundation, the preliminary 46 questionnaire items included in said study were explored further through literature review and analyzed for content validity. From those 46 items, 32 were selected for follow-up evaluation via professional survey. Question items were e-mailed to 1068 individuals belonging to either a music therapy association or graduate school of music program who were also practicing music therapy for children with disabilities. A total of 171 responses were collected and analyzed using question item analysis and reliability, construct validity and concurrent validity tests. From the items demonstrating appreciable validity based off our analysis, our data suggests six main factors integral to the assessment; five of the factors corresponded to those in the social interaction model proposed by Yang & Choi(2016), including (1)response to instruction, (2)joint attention, (3)response to play, (4)emotional response, and (5)expressing demand. Furthermore, an additional sixth factor of ‘music preference response' was determined to be significant.
