이 연구는 우리나라 뿐 아니라 일본과 스웨덴의 방과후 보육 정책의 최근 동향 을 분석하여 현재 크게 확대 중에 있는 우리나라의 방과후 보육 정책에 대한 시 사점을 얻고자 하는 것이다. 구체적으로 우리나라, 일본, 스웨덴의 방과후 보육 정책의 개요와 세부사항을 살펴보고, 일본과 스웨덴의 보육 정책이 우리나라의 방과후 보육 정책에 주는 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 그리고 세 나라의 보육 정 책을 ①정책의 배경 및 법과 제도 측면, ②목적 측면, ③책무성과 효과 및 이용가 능성 측면, ④지도자 측면, ⑤재원 측면, ⑥프로그램 내용의 6가지 측면에서 비교 분석하여 우리나라의 방과후 보육 정책에 주는 다각적인 의미를 탐색한다. 마지 막의 결론 부분도 6가지 측면에서 제시한다.
This study analyses recent movement of the after-school childcare service policy in Korea, Japan & Sweden, and then searches for the implications related to the after-school childcare service policy of Korea. Specifically, researcher reviews outlines & details of the after-school childcare service policy in Korea, Japan & Sweden. According to it, researcher is willing to elicit implications related to the after-school childcare service policy of Korea. And the after-school childcare service policy of the three nations are analysed comparatively in six aspects, that is, ①the background of policy & law, institutions, ②goals, ③accountability, effects & utilization, ④leader, ⑤financial resources, ⑥contents of the programs. Lastly, six conclusions are represented in same six aspects.
