The purpose of this study is to consider about teachers’ development
after analyzing teacher’s and student-teacher’s videos of lessons in Korea,
picking up common and different features. As the result, when we focus on
the lesson progresses, styles, and way to use some media, we are able to
find common features which are that phase of activity in lessons is
composed with plural activities, that the lessons step mass teaching to
group learning to mass teaching, and that teachers use pc display end of
lessons, and different features which are teachers’ positions in phase of
introduction in lessons and relationship teachers and media. Moreover the
authors analyze Japanese teacher’s lesson and consider some clues for
teacher education. We are able to find the structure of lesson, way to use
group learning in lessons, and the distance from teachers to media.
