본 연구는 주요 진로상담이론에 의거하여 교류분석 이론에 의한 청소년기 진로상담 접근 방 안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 주요 진로상담이론을 탐색하여 TA적 접근을 시도하였다. 그 결과 TA 진로상담과정과 기법은 총 5단계로 그 접근 방안이 탐색되었다. 1단계는 접수면접 단계로서 TA 진로인테이크 질문지와 과정모델 평가 매트릭스 모형에 의한다. 2단계는 관계수 립 및 내담자 분류 단계로서 관계촉진 매터링 기법 및 TA 자아상태와 인생태도 유형별 내담 자 분류 방식에 의한다. 3단계는 문제평가 및 목표설정단계로서 TA 생애진로각본면접과 인생 목표목록 설정과정에 의한다. 4단계는 행동계획 수립 및 행동실행을 위한 조력 단계로서 TA 계약시각화 절차, 과정각본 직면기법과 디스카운트 매트릭스 활용 기법에 의한 접근법이다. 5 단계는 종결과 추수지도 단계로서 TA적 각본변화관련 진전도 평가와 추수상담 요구영역 접근 법이다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 밝혀진 연구결과를 토대로 TA 진로상담과정과 기법의 발전 방안에 대해 제시하였다.
This study is to seek an approach of the main theory in accordance with the career counseling of adolescent in transactional analysis. To that end, this study was attempted the TA approach in terms of the main career counseling theory. As a result, TA process and technique was explored the 5 step. Step 1 was the intake interview phase. In this step was attempted TA career intake questionnaire and Process Model Evaluation Matrix. Step 2 was the relations and client classification stage phase. In this step was attempted the mattering Promotion, ego states and life position. Step 3 was the assessment of problem and setting of aim phase. In this step was attempted the Life Career Assessment and life goals. Step 4 was the execution of action and action plans phase. In this step was attempted the visualization of the contract, the facing of process script and discount matrix. Step 5 was the final and followup phase. In this step was attempted the Evaluate the progress of script changes and the further consultation needs areas. Finally, based on findings identified in this study suggested the development plan to the Career counseling process and techniques of TA.
