This study aimed to analysis the effects childcare teachers’ organizational citizenship behaviors and
job-satisfaction on psychological well-being. To get the data, 193 childcare teachers were completed
the self-reported questionnaire. The results were as follows. First, the average point of organizational
citizenship, job-satisfaction and psychological well-being was the above 3.50. Second, organizational
citizenship behavior was showed the positive correlation with psychological well –being. Particularly,
the attitude for organization was relatively high positive correlation with psychological well-being than
the attitude for the person. Also, it showed that job-satisfaction had positive correlation with
psychological well-being, particularly; the burden of job-performance and the teacher awareness were
relatively high positive correlations with psychological well-being than other sub-scales of
job-satisfaction. Finally, organizational citizenship and job-satisfaction had high effects, about the above
50%, on psychological well-being As a stated above, some implications were discussed to improve
childcare teachers’organizational citizenship behavior and job-satisfaction.
