본 연구는 PBL을 활용한 교양수업이 자기주도학습과 창의적 리더십에 미치는 효과를 확인 하기 위한 목적으로 서울 소재 S대학교의 학생들을 대상으로 사전-사후 실험설계를 통한 실험 연구를 실시하였다. 실험집단과 비교집단의 참여대상자는 모두 동일한 교양과목 수업을 받은 대학생들이며 연구대상 모두에게 사전검사로 ‘자기주도학습’검사와 ‘창의적 리더십’검사를 실 시한 후 실험집단에는 총 14회기, 28시간동안 본 연구의 PBL을 활용한 프로그램의 수업을 적 용하였다. 실험 후 수업의 효과 검정을 위하여 SPSS Windows 20.0을 사용하여 t-test를 통한 집 단 간 차이를 비교하였으며, 상관계수를 산출하여 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 PBL을 활 용한 교양수업이 대학생의 자기주도학습과 창의적 리더십 향상에 효과가 있음이 입증되었으 며, 자기주도학습과 창의적 리더십의 하위변인간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 있음이 확인되었 다.
The purpose of this research was to identify the effects of PBL based program class which influence the self-directed learning and creative leadership of the university students. Therefore, the following questions were raised. The method of this study is as follows. Based on relevant literature and preceding studies, PBL based program was recreated based on the results and existing ones. It was verified through an experiment. It carried out pre-test of self-directed learning and creaative leadership targeting 152 university students conducted post-test after inputting a program over 14 weeks. After the experiment for the effect of the class were compared the difference between the groups via t-test using the SPSS 20.0 Windows, by calculating the correlation coefficient was Correlates. PBL based class that has been proven to be effective in improving self-directed learning and creative leadership of the university, it was confirmed that there is a significant correlation between self-directed learning and creative leadership sub-variables.
