The purpose of this research was to identify the effects of PBL based program class which influence
the self-directed learning and creative leadership of the university students. Therefore, the following
questions were raised. The method of this study is as follows. Based on relevant literature and preceding
studies, PBL based program was recreated based on the results and existing ones. It was verified through
an experiment. It carried out pre-test of self-directed learning and creaative leadership targeting 152
university students conducted post-test after inputting a program over 14 weeks. After the experiment for
the effect of the class were compared the difference between the groups via t-test using the SPSS 20.0
Windows, by calculating the correlation coefficient was Correlates. PBL based class that has been proven
to be effective in improving self-directed learning and creative leadership of the university, it was
confirmed that there is a significant correlation between self-directed learning and creative leadership
sub-variables.
