The purpose of this study was to analyze teacher’s competency of planning and organizing a
transformed curriculum in a kindergarten through project works in the daily life subject. To achieve
the purpose, 6 teachers who is working in H kindergarten in Seoul were participated and the data
were collected by the teachers’ interviews, all teachers’ consultations, and participant observation. As
a result of this study, teacher’s competencies required for organizing a transformed curriculum that
reflects the interests of children in conjunction children’s spontaneous play in the daily life subject
with project works have been proposed in three; (1)knowledge, (2)skill, (3)attitude.
