목적: 감각인식에 문제가 있는 뇌졸중 환자에게 인지운동 치료적 접근을 시도하여 그 효과를 관찰하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 대상자는 내출혈(좌측)로 인해 우측 편마비가 된 63세 여자 환자로 2009년 4월부터 2009년 11월까지 월 2회, 1회 30분씩 오른손에 대한 인지운동치료를 적용하였다. 치료 시점과 연 구 종료 시기에 동일한 방법으로 객관적 평가와 인지운동치료 평가를 이용하여 전후 평가 결과를 비교하였다. 연구결과: 오른손에 대한 인지운동치료 후 손기능(MFT), 운동 및 처리기술과 감각인식이 향상되었다. 또한 인 지운동치료 프로파일에서는 운동단위, 인식양상, 주의집중 면에서 개선을 보였다. 결론: 뇌졸중으로 인한 감각인식 문제를 가진 환자에게 치료적 접근으로 인지운동치료를 실시하였을 때 손 기능, 운동 기술과 처리 기술, 감각인식양상 회복에 효과가 있었다.
Objective : The study aimed to identify the effect of intensive Cognitive Therapeutic Exercise(CTE) intervention program for the patient of the sensory perception impairment. Method : The subject of the study was woman with right hemiplegia caused by left hemispheric hemorrhage who aged 63. The cognitive therapeutic exercise was applied to her during 30 minutes once a 2 weeks for 14 sessions from May to November, 2009. Result : A comparison of quantitative data AMPS, MFT, Semmes-Weinstein Monofilament between before and after CTE described fine motor function and evaluation profile of patient. Subject's hand sensory perception, motor and process skill and hand function has improved rather than before intervention and CTE. Conclusion : There was the significant effect of the cognitive therapeutic exercise, among therapeutic approaches for recovering the upper extremity function of the subject with hemiplegia. Follow-up study is needed continuous to observe and investigate the effect of CTE.
